hi sumi,
we in india are facing a tricky situation with the blogs. it was all over in the papers and tv. the government has, sort of imposed restrictions upon certain sites and blogs in the aftermath of the mumbai blasts, though nobody in authority admits openly. but, what happened was that bloggers, especially those using blogspot, can not view any of the blogs. The dashboard is still accessible, as google hosts it from outside india. we are using proxy servers right now to view blogspot blogs. i've managed to post today and do check it out.
