Sumi,
This is so perfect for a quick meal. The spices you use makes this a completely different type of chicken as when I make something like this. Luckily my mum bought curry leaves when she visited from Dubai and now I can try my hand at this.

Meeta - try it for the 2 men and you ofcourse:)!

Pushpa - Merci beaucoup:)

lg - yes dried curry leaves is what i used, you can use roughly torn fresh curry leaves too.Bitterness...well,curry leaves fresh or dry has its own distinct flavour i dont think dried ones are more bitter, actually the other way it should be true!If it was bitter all the curries in which we add fried curry leaves should have tasted bitter. Some may like the flavour of fried curry leaves like what I had mentioned earlier in my post!

Hi, I chanced upon your website when I was looking for a recipe for crispy curry chicken!

I actually tried out the recipe and will blog about it soon.

Unfortunately, I did not have curry leaves. My curry powder was also yellow instead of red.

Anyways, thanks for the tips and recipe. I was just wondering for how long did you leave the chicken in the griller?

I'd also like to invite you to visit my blog. See you soon!
