Archana - one important thing that is lacking in my "restaurant style home" is a dessert, what about the wonderful black forest cake,I wouldnt get that even in the best of restaurants, will I?
Sudha - Oh dear Sudha:)do include mushrooms for your weekend grocery shopping along with the cauliflower:)Just incase you are not aware,If eating mushrooms is the first time for little Taniya,do make sure she is not allergic to mushrooms.I personally know a few of my friends who are allergic to it.
Sumitha..I wanted to be the first one to dine at your table, but alas I am third..looks delicious.how did you get that nice red color. I love mushrooms, but never had it this way. thanks for sharing.

The mushroom masala looks delicious Sumi, mushrooms are one of my favorites...but off late I have gotten into trouble with them. A few varieties dont seem to suit my palate and I end up in bed with a horrible stomach ache :-( , and so I have nearly stopped having mushrooms :-((
Hey Sumitha,
This is exactly how I cook mushrooms. Only without the fennel seeds. It is indeed an easy and quick-to-cook curry.
sumi, it has already gone to my list.;-).Taniya likes it a lot..and she address this also as "CHI,CHI" which means chicken to her..:-)
Looks yummy. Thanks for sharing.
Looks very appetizing!

Hi Smitha,
I never tried mushrooms. I will try it out soon. Thanx for sharing.
Sumi! That mushroom curry looks very yummy, very different to what I usually end up making. I know it is probably a basic question, but could you tell me if you used ready-made tomato puree or made it yourself ? If you made it yourself, could you please tell me how?
Thanks,
Nav
Hi Sumitha,
I love mushrooms and thanks for sharing yummy mushroom masala.
Vineela
We both seem to have same template.
Your mushroom recipe looks so good. I like the fact that you try to use less ingredients. It enhances the flavour of the main ingredient (in this case mushrooms). I love mushrooms and so this recipe will be on my list. I am linking you at my blog. I hope you don't mind.
Regards
Ricky
