Pepper Chicken/Murgh Kalimirch
Like most of us who are bored of the usual Chicken curry sometime or the other,I too had that same feeling yesterday and wanted to try something different, but I had no new recipe with me and so I went into the kitchen planning to make the chicken curry I always make. Somehow I just couldnt and instead started adding whatever spice I felt like to the curry with lots of black pepper in it and Voila! the end result a delicious Pepper Chicken which both hubby dear and me loved with both roti as well as rice.
This dish reminded me of a quote

Sumi, this happens often to me to...sometimes I land up adding all those spices which my intuition said would go well...and touchwood...so far things have come out wonderful...Pepper chicken with Italian spices...sounds quite exotic...looks quite glamourous...so definitely should taste great, right?...I had one pepper bacon in my menu which can also be substituted by chicken...
Sumitha, even i make these pepper chicken but a little different way..Adding italian spic is a good idea..They look yummy..

Ahhaaa, here's another one to try. I have never tried combining Kasuri methi with Italian herbs, you are tempting me to do so. Very delicious looking pepper chicken, hats off to you Sumi.

Sumi,
This looks delicious. I like the idea of fusing indian with italian. Cooking is all part of the imagination as my great dad always tells me. "Never let things in a cookbook drag you down if you don't have it in your pantry ... use the imagination and substitute!"
Dear Meeta Vielen Danke!
Is it necessary to add Italian herb
