I'm Back!

Dear blogger buddies I'm back to Switzerland after a wonderful and refreshing vacation in India. It was a two and a half month vacation, but after coming back here I feel, even that was too small a time to spend with family.I am missing all of them back home very much and have already started counting days for my next vacation:)

Thank you guys for all your wishes and enquiries.I am waiting eagerly to join you all in blogging again!

We fell in love with Switzerland. It is such a beautiful place just as I had visualized. Went to Geneva, Bern, Fribourg and Jungfraujauch. I have some food pics in my blog that I took during our vacation.

Wanted to say I tried your appam recipe and it came out really good. My husband can't have coconut due to health issues and he missed appams so much. we like it sweet so I had to increase the sugar amount and I also have bottled Toddy here so it really tasted like the real thing. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe. It was a life saver and I willmake it often from now on. Please keep sharing your adaptations.
