Shynee - Wherever you find a good presentation thats because of my husband,he was the one who placed the onion rings, lemon wedges etc.I too am very lazy to take that extra effort!
Sumi, so very true, husband's play a very important role when the wife is bloging. For i think they are the first critics..what say isint?.Its the same with me, i keep bugging vinodh, if the write up is good, and he too gives suggestion as to how to present the dish..
The chicken leg looks really great..Thanks for sharing all these lovely recipes..
Sudha -Thanks for your kind words Sudha.
You know Sudha i think after I have started blogging he has got used to eating slightly cold food bz as soon as I finish preparing I am busy taking the pic.So what I do usually, give him his share and with the rest I start taking photos and i end up eating everything cold!:(
I am sure it must be happening to other foodies as well!

Shibu, thaz a good recipe. I always add little yogurt when I make chicked either gravy/fry. In my mind it always says, using yogurt helps your body cool.
Hi Sumi,

Priya - You can add yoghurt too Priya,I didnt because I added lime juice.
Surya - Oh I didnt know you were a mom too,Congratulations! no wonder you are into healthy diet now, then avoid this fry Surya, with the breadcrumbs it absorbs so much oil.Make this one as a treat when you shed some weight ok;)
Ricky - Ricky since we coat it with breadcrumbs, they turn brown immediately when you drop in hot oil,so reduce the heat while frying. And eat it while hot otherwise the breadcrumbs will loose its crunchiness. All the Best my friend:)
Sreejith - Welcome and Thanks for visiting my blog Sreejith:)

Hi Sumitha!
I just noticed a site which has posted this very recipe with your pic as well. Here is the link - http://keraladishes.blogspot.com/2006/08/crunchy-chicken-fry.html
I'm not sure if you've permission or not, since they haven't given you credit for it. I just thought you'd like know. And as a side note, I think some of the other photographs look vaguely familiar as well. I'm not sure if I've seen them on other blogs.
Meena thanks for bringing it to my notice.I am so shocked!
Ricky - Pyare Ricky:) you dipped in egg ,then mujhe patha nahin kya gadbad ho gayi!few breadcrumbs does come out while frying but everything should not
