Shibu, thaz a good recipe. I always add little yogurt when I make chicked either gravy/fry. In my mind it always says, using yogurt helps your body cool.

Indosungod - Thank you!Try making them at home, they are easy to do:)

Sangeetha - Thanks a lot,it was my pleasure to add you in my blogroll,I am looking forward to learn more from your blog:)

Rp - Thank you RP!

Priya - You can add yoghurt too Priya,I didnt because I added lime juice.

Surya - Oh I didnt know you were a mom too,Congratulations! no wonder you are into healthy diet now, then avoid this fry Surya, with the breadcrumbs it absorbs so much oil.Make this one as a treat when you shed some weight ok;)

Ricky - Ricky since we coat it with breadcrumbs, they turn brown immediately when you drop in hot oil,so reduce the heat while frying. And eat it while hot otherwise the breadcrumbs will loose its crunchiness. All the Best my friend:)

Sreejith - Welcome and Thanks for visiting my blog Sreejith:)

Keshi - Thanks Keshi:)

Hi Sumitha!

I just noticed a site which has posted this very recipe with your pic as well. Here is the link - http://keraladishes.blogspot.com/2006/08/crunchy-chicken-fry.html

I'm not sure if you've permission or not, since they haven't given you credit for it. I just thought you'd like know. And as a side note, I think some of the other photographs look vaguely familiar as well. I'm not sure if I've seen them on other blogs.
