Crispy Okra

Bhindi Fry from Nupurs One Hot Stove was the first recipe that I tried from a blog. The result was excellent. Both me and my husband liked it so much that we make it anytime we buy bhindi.
In the below given recipe I have tried my own version of it.Try it,it is simple and tasty !
Ingredients
Okra/ladys finger/bhindi(cut lengthwise) = 2cups
Gramflour/Besan/ = 2tbsp
Curry Powder = 1&1/2tsp
Garam masala = 1/8tsp
Chaat masala = 1/8 tsp
Lime juice (optional)
Salt
Oil
Wash and cut okra lengthwise and allow the moisture to drain out
Then add the besan, curry powder, garam masala and salt and mix till coated evenly
Heat oil and add the okra and fry over gentle heat, stirring occasionaly
Do not sprinkle water, orelse the besan forms clumps and gets stuck to the pan
When done remove from heat spinkle chaat masala and lime juice if desired
Serve hot with rice,chapati.... is tasty to eat it as it is as a chaat too!

The curry powder which I used was homemade, the recipe of which i shall post soon. This dish can be made with any masala of your choice, besan is only the specific ingredient you need to get crisp bhindi!
